Meet Our Staff

JB & Sheri own KDS PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC, and have years of experience in all phases of the business, from remodeling, property insurance adjusting, appraising, inspecting for HUD, etc. They are "hands-on" owners, not absentee owners.

Beth manages the REO Department, which consists of seven additional people who handle evictions, monthly service orders, initial service orders, bid approvals, invoicing, etc.

Robert and his staff handle all of the Property Preservation work for the entire states of Texas and Louisiana.

Liz and her staff handle the inspections orders. She also serves as Office Administrator, while Corey heads up our new Information Technology Department. He provides our network and hardware support, both in house and in our satellite offices, while Kirsten provides training and support for Field Comm dot net software to our office staff, satellite offices and tablet pc-based contractors.
