After a solid year of growth, KDS Property Services is moving again! We have outgrown our 5,500 sq ft facility, and will be moving into a much larger, much newer office this month. (top left) We have also opened an office in Michigan (top right) as well as an office in Colorado (bottom l/r)

KDS PROPERTY SERVICES OPENS NEW FACILITIES IN CALIFORNIA & COLORADO

KDS Property Services continues to grow and expand both in numbers and in geographical area. We are now servicing the majority of the State of California for both REO and Preservation work. We have recently opened offices in Modesto, CA and Oceanside, CA. We have also begun servicing the entire State of Colorado for both REO and Preservation work, with our office located in Lakewood, CO, a suburb of Denver.

After months of searching for larger facilities, KDS finally moved into a 5,500 sq ft office facility on November 6, 2006. We are excited about having ample room to accomodate our expanded office staff without working in crowded conditions.
