KDS PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC Corporate & Satellite Offices is in its eighth year of serving the distressed housing industry. We began as a small local company in the Dallas, TX area with just a few orders the first month of business. We have now grown to a multi-state operation, completing thousands of orders per month. Our office staff has increased from 1 part-time person to more than 35 full-time employees. We have moved from 1 part-time contractor to having a database of more than 200 contractors.
